Der Gitarrist und Sänger Csaba Toth-Bagi ist ein fester Begriff in der ungarischen Musik Szene seit seinem Teenager Zeit. Sein erdiger Blues -und Jazz-Stil ist stark beeinflusst von seinem Balkan Hintergrund und den Jahren in denen er auf internationalen Tournee mit Al Di Meola war. Er wuchs in einer serbischen Musiker Familie auf, die später (1993) nach Süd Ungarn umsiedelte. Mit 6 Jahren begann er Klavier zu spielen und mit 12 war er bereits voll vertraut mit der Gitarre.
Csaba trat in ganz Ost Europa auf – oft mit traditionellen Gypsy Musikern. 2004 vertrat sein Trio CsaboWabo Ungarn beim Jazz In The Park European Union Festival in Bangkok / Thailand und Csaba trat mit Ennio Morricone im National Theater In Szeged / Ungarn auf.
2012 veröffentlichte er die CD “Aved Ivenda“ die mazedonische, serbische und ungarische Musiker und Csabas eigene Kompositionen vorstellte. Dieses Projekt interessierte plötzlich US Musiker wie den grossen Gitarristen Al Di Meola, Dave Weckl, Ernie Adams, Butch Thomas, Gumbo Ortiz und den italienischen Akkordionist Fausto Beccalossi, später wurde die Band durch Mike Stern und Trilok Gurtu verstärkt.
Auf seiner neuesten CD BALKAN UNION ist wiederum die Créme der Balkan Musiker zu hören, zu der ausserordentliche internationale Gäste kommen wie der Pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba (Kuba), Rhani Krija (Marokko), die Cellistin Tina Guo (China), der Klarinettist Ismael Lumanoswki (Mazedonien), die libanesische Vokalistin Christiane Karam, Vasil Hadzimanov piano (Mazedonien) und andere mehr.
